**Treatment is prohibited if you are pregnant or breastfeeding**

Do not work out 24 hours prior to treatment.
No alcohol or caffeine 24 hours before treatment.
Do not take aspirin, Niacin, Ibuprofen or Vitamin E 24 hours prior to treatment.
No brow waxing or tinting 1 week prior to treatment.
No Botox for 4 weeks prior to the procedure.
Avoid sun and tanning 1 week prior to the procedure.
No laser or chemical peels for 1 month prior to the procedure.
Avoid scheduling your appointment during your menstrual cycle due to increased sensitivity to the treatment and alter the results.

I first start the treatment by drawing the new shape of brows, lips or eyeliner that I think best suits your features, but also considering what you wish to achieve. I'll then show you the shape to get approval and make tweaks where necessary. This is a very crucial step, and I achieve it by being thorough and working collaboratively with you.

Once you are completely happy with your freshly drawn and enhanced features, I will only then start the treatment.
The treatment normally takes between 2 -2.5 hours in total.

As part of my treatment service, you'll need to return for a complimentary follow-up treatment in 4-6 weeks’ time to gain the best results. This is an opportunity for me to check how they have healed, perfect any irregularities or darken the colour.

The treatment can last between 1-3 years (imagine how much you could save on makeup!) depending on factors such as age, skin type, skin tone, skincare regime and sun exposure.

After the treatment you'll clean your new tattoo with moist cotton, the frequency will be explained to you individually depending on the method of treatment performed. This is to remove any lymph drainage which can turn into a scab and this is how colour is lost.

The following evening after your procedure you will apply a very thin layer of the cream provided. Repeat for 3 nights in a row. Oily skin does not need this.

Do not wet your tattoo for 7 days.
Do not use makeup on or near the area for 7 days while the skin is healing
Do not touch, rub or pick any scabs. Let it naturally scab.
Do not sleep on your face or side, instead sleep on your back for the first few days, on a clean pillowcase.
Do not exercise for the first 72 hours following treatment
Do not go into direct sun for the first week. You must use sunscreen on this area as you must protect your tattoo.
Do not tan or use retinol/anti-ageing creams for 30 days after the treatment.
Do not wax the brow area

When your new makeup is completed it will appear too dark. Don't worry, this is temporary.

You are seeing pigment in both layers of your skin (epidermis and dermis).

The top layer of your skin sheds and renews itself every few days and with this natural process, the pigment in the top layer will peel off. This initial DARK look WILL NOT last. Only the colour in the dermis (second layer of skin) will be long-lasting.

**It's important for you to be patient and let your skin heal since everyone heals differently and some might notice gaps and irregularities after the brows are healed. It is also especially important to follow good aftercare.**
